0-6 Months:

My First Touch and Feel Seasons by Xavier Deneux

This touch and feel board book describes the different seasons. It is a very simple read that gives a page for each season. On each page it includes pictures of different items that go with each season. In each season, you are able to feel the shirt the character is wearing, so young children would love to interact with the book. This would be a great book to introduce the seasons and what kind of things happen in the seasons.
Look Look Outside! by Peter Linenthal

This interesting board book describes different things that are outside the babies window. This book is fun because all of the illustrations are in black and white, and the text is in bright green. It has very simple illustrations, but would be a very fun read.

6-12 Months:

Welcome Fall by Jill Ackerman

This is another interactive board book that describes how Fall is different from the other seasons. In this book, you can feel things, as well as lift the flap to reveal how Fall is different. One of the things you can touch makes some noise, so babies would love that. This book would be great for introducing the seasons to children.
Welcome Winter by Jill Ackerman

This board book describes what Winter is like. There are different things that you can touch, and one item makes noise. This would be a great interactive book to introduce Winter to children.

12-24 Months:

Let’s Talk Alaska! by Best Beginnings
This is a great board book that shows images of everyday life in Alaska. It includes nature, foods, plants, and clothing. This is a wordless book, so it would be great to inspire conversation between children and caregiver. In this fun book, each page consists of a different animal. There is a flap covering the main body of each animal, while their “toes” and nose sticks out. The child can move the flap to find out what the full animal is. This would be perfect for 12-24 months, when children have more of a concept of differences between animals, and are able to recognize different animals.
