Boarding Cottage-West, one of the first two men's dormitories on campus built in 1880 (addition on west end in 1882). In 1907 this building was converted to College Hospital when health facilities were moved from Sanitary Hall. From 1918 to 1934 this building was the detention center where quarantined students were cared for. During this period the building was popularly known as the "Pest House."
