First Baptist Church built in 1872 on the corner of Kellogg and Fifth Street as it appeared in winter of 1905. The tracks of the Ames and College Railroad (the Dinkey) are somewhere near the north edge of the street. Front of the Methodist church on Sixth Street and Kellogg Avenue corner can be seen.
