Chautauqua tent around 1908. Moved from its Squaw Creek location just north of Sixth Street to the area now encompassing north part of Ames Municipal Cemetery. Change of location announced on front page of Ames Evening Times, November 12, 1908. Grounds on east side of town first occupied in 1909.
