Preston Niles, the son of Dr. Niles who developed the hog cholera serum and was in charge of the cholera station on east Thirteenth Street (no part of the National Veterinary Laboratories), thinks the Boy Scouts camped near this stone mill in 1914. The river and the mill could not be identified.
