The time capsule located behind the cornerstone of the former City Hall (the Municipal Building). Viewed from inside the building after a portion of the interior wall had been removed to provide access. On January 24, 1996, over thirty items representative of the year 1915, when the building was dedicated, were removed from the capsule-most of them in good condition after over 80 years. The building has been renovated for the use of Youth and Shelter Services, beginning in 1997.
