Purpose of Meeting
After using the Rotary Room last weekend, I would like to use a different room to test the audiovisual environment for watching films.
Also, because we didn't watch a film until 2:30, we ran too close to the library's closing time for comfort. I want to make sure that we don't stay that late, so I am timing it earlier to make sure that we can have everything properly wrapped up for a half-hour before the library's closing time.
