Artist J Yang will talk about the process of making a book, finding inspiration for projects, and incorporating inclusive images with Taylor Carlson who writes and illustrates middle-grade graphic novels and is a professor of animation & graphic design at Buena Vista University.

J Yang's books can be purchased online from Dog-Eared Books (dogearedbooksames.com/j-yang) ahead of time and picked up at the Artist Talk. A small selection of books will also be available for purchase at the event.
