All week long:

Science in the City is hosting a scavenger hunt throughout the Ames Public Library, created by Ames Middle School students!

We invite you to participate! You can find the instructions and first clue on a sign by the front desk of the library! The scavenger hunt is open to everyone!

Come have a blast exploring a local business, science, and our library! We can't wait to see you!

Demo Prize Instructions

Our demonstration involves a candy prize at the end. Show the special code at the end of the scavenger hunt to a youth services person at the youth desk.  

Ames Middle School students will present a fun, hands-on demonstration about science at work in our own community.
