Purpose of Meeting
Pete Seeger, well known and beloved American songster, would be 100 on May 3 if he were still alive. Spirit of Pete Sing-along is a community sing-along celebration of songs written and made popular by, and stories about, Pete Seeger. Examples include (and are not limited to): If I Had a Hammer, Turn-Turn-Turn, and Were Have All The Flowers Gone. Community musicians and singers will be invited to attend and take part in sharing their favorite songs. Juice and cookies may be served after the program
