Topic: Adding Stories to Your Genealogy
Speaker: Patricia Rose Ballard Coffie
Each monthly Genealogy PLUS event features an hour-long presentation by an expert followed by a study session.
Genealogists cover the facts—names, dates, places, documents—but stories tell who people were and how they lived. Join Patricia Rose Ballard Coffie in considering the why and how of adding stories to your genealogy.
Using facts, research, and memories, Patricia will share her own family stories including My Mother’s Afghan and show her three favorite ways to make easy work of gathering the bits of information and making them into stories.
Events are presented online using Zoom. To receive the link to join a presentation, register using the form below.
Register separately for each presentation you would like to attend.
