Topic — Genealogy 101
Ames Public Library and the Story County Genealogical Society will offer Genealogy 101 in September. Join us for the same presentation in person September 20 or online September 28.
This class will cover the basics of beginning your genealogical research, recording and analyzing information, using vital records, and the census. Other topics may be covered as time permits. These classes are open to both the beginner and experienced researcher. No registration required.
Watch for Genealogy 102 starting in October.
