Mental health challenges impact our community members, friends, and family. Complete this free Mental Health First Aid certification course to learn more about how mental health impacts adults in the US, understand the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan, and become a better advocate to support those in crisis. 

This course is 8-hours over two days. Meal will be provided. Attendance at both days is required for certification.
